We work with the best people in the world. We thrive on meeting our customer’s needs, often different farm to farm, and work to make sure every kernel counts. We enjoy the challenge of meeting each farm’s different needs.
We try hard to never forget that seed carries with it a biological promise for next year, another chance, another ‘go round.’ Getting it right or as good as possible, are one of the few things we can control in ag production. So that’s what we do. Whatever it takes.
We work according to the schedule of the farmer. Normally we like to start before dawn and go as late at night as needed.
Grain Conditioning Inc. is normally run with two operators, giving flexibility to the work schedule as well as being able to operate 24 hours a day.
G.C.I is a family-run operation started by Robert and Linda Henry. Son, Luke, is managing the operation in summer months and is working toward taking over the business full time. In the off-season, Luke lives with wife, Stephanie and son, Shiloh, in Colorado.
Rounding out the family is daughter, Jill, who works in higher education, and has two kids, Garrett and Molly. Garrett helps with some of the maintenance for our company.
